How To:
1) Get a ballon
2) Blow it up to stretch it out... deflate the balloon
3) Use a chop stick to dip in to the food coloring
4) Put the food colored chopstick into the ballon and spread the liquid inside
5) Take the top of the balloon and wrap it around the faucet. I found that this was the only way I could get the balloon to fill to a larger capacity
6) Tie it up and place it outside in sub-degree temperature
7) Once frozen remove the ballon and place it where ever your heart desires
